Ingredients

  • 2 medium firm banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted wheat germ
  • Vanilla ice cream

Directions

  • In a bowl, toss bananas with lemon juice. In a nonstick skillet, cook bananas over low heat for 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Add honey and wheat germ. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or until honey is melted. Serve over ice cream. Yield: 2 servings.
