This was really good. We liked the extra little zip to it (my 6 and 8 year-olds agreed). I will be using this from now on for taco night - which we have at least twice a month.

I cook for my elderly mother so anything with cayenne I replace with paprika with just a bit of cayenne. I always use homemade seasoning mixes now and dressings because most packaged store bought has msg or some sort of bad preservatives in them.

This is very similar to one I have used for a couple years. I added cornstarch to the one I usually make so did that with this one too, replacing the flour. This is good, it would have been a bit hot for my hubby so I reduced the cayenne to 1/2 tsp. My other recipe doesn't call for the coriander, I think it is a nice addition.

This makes a delicious taco seasoning. I now double the recipe every time I make it because we go through it so quickly. No more store bought seasoning packets in this house.

I'll never buy store bought taco seasoning again! I'll always keep this recipe on hand for taco night. My kids loved it!:P

I thought this was very good and great to keep on hand. It was too spicy for my 2 and 5 year old, so next time I will not put in as much chili powder and cayenne pepper. I left out the salt and did not miss it. I cooked chicken strips in a little butter and then added the mix and water; will try it with ground beef next time. Excellent mix!

I use this mix in lots of recipes. We found it a little "hot" for the wee ones....but I just cut back the quanity I use. Awesome!

I leave out the flour. This is an excellent combination of seasonings. Great alternative to those packages from the store!
