Very good recipe but the following changes made it lighter and more to our taste:

Used unsalted butter, 3 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs and 2 and 1/2 tbls sugar. Yum!

We hated it! It was too salty and very bland. We threw it away. Gross!

This has a nice fluffy texture and was super easy to make. It tastes a bit like a baking powder biscuit cake. I think I overdid the salt a bit and may try unsalted butter next time. My whole family loved it!
