I commented before. I also want say that if you are thinking about doubling this don't. It burned the bottom of my pan to thre point that it won't scrub off easily. Make on batch at a time.
My husband normally doesn't like chocolate pudding. I made hime the Chocolate version of this pudding, and he soon asked for seconds. I did decreace the cocoa from 3 tablespoons to 1 1/2 tablespoons. It was so good, I am making it again to have tonight.
