This stew is really more of a soup, but still nonetheless good. I boiled 2 cups dry pasta to give it a bit more bite. I couldn't find Italian-seasoned tomato sauce, so I just used plain. I'd add a bit of spices next time.~ Theresa

I would use Italian hot or mild sausage - I don't like anything with ground turkey
