I'm a nutritionist and needed a healthy fish fix. Moist inside and crunchy outside, these are great with oven fries or roasted veggies and low-fat homemade tartar sauce. —Jennifer Rowland, Elizabethtown, Kentucky

Used smoked sweet paprika instead of regular too like another reviewer suggested. Loved the flavor. Instead of butter spray I used a couple drips of olive oil over pieces and it toasted and crisped up fine. I did towards the end crank the heat up to 425 to ensure good crisp fish.

Very good and easy way to make fish. I definitely recommend it and have made it a few times.

I use tilapia filets, and skip the butter flavored spray. I tried this with smoked paprika which gave these a wonderful depth of flavor. These turn out crisp and wonderful. A keeper recipe.
