I really enjoy egg dishes, but I have to watch how many I eat. This recipe is easy to whip up anytime plus it tastes better than prepackages egg substitute products. I use this whenever a recipe calls for egg substitute.

TIME: Prep/Total Time: 5 min.
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon canola or corn oil
- 1 drop yellow food coloring
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Use as a substitute for 1 egg. Yield: 1 serving.
