Garnishing Salad MoldsMake your salad mold the center of attention by adding some garnishes to the middle. In the Molded Egg Salad picture, we rolled up thin slices of salami and tucked them in the center along with a few celery leaves. Not only does it add interest and color, the garnishes are edible, too! You can also roll up thin slices of ham or use bunches of red and green grapes.

I found this recipe last year right before thanksgiving. It is a wonder yet easy alternative to cranberry sauce. I made it last year for Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner and EVERYONE loved it so much! My daughter's preschool class is having a Thanksgiving Feast next week and everyone was asked to bring in a side dish. This is the first thing that popped into mind. I think all 4 year olds love jello so this should be a big hit!

Made this for Thanksgiving. My son-in-law has requested it again for Christmas. It was great.

My family did not like the seeds - I guess from the whole cranberry sauce. It would have been better with smooth cranberry sauce.

5stew357...Can you find sugar-free orange jello? If not, I'd just do another box of strawberry or cherry.
I've made this for several family gatherings over the year and it is delicious and always a hit. I've always served it without the cool whip/sour cream topping.

Made it for a group of 23 & hardly anyone ate it, but I really liked it. I thought it would be good for my diabetic son-in-law, but he said too high in carbs. Don't know how to cut the recipe down.

Can't find sugar-free lemon gelatin in our food market, so what other flavor can I use.

I have a husband who is diabetic, I am highly allergic to all the SO CALLED sugar free items. I could only make it for him and the other diabetic friends, and made sure I did not eat any.
