Holiday Artichoke Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained and flaked, or shredded, cooked chicken
  • 14 ounces canned artichokes hearts, drained, chopped
  • 1 packet (0.7 ounces) Italian salad dressing mix
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces Havarti cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup low sodium parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In medium bowl, blend chicken, artichoke, dressing mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Havarti, and Parmesan.
  • Transfer to small baking dish, top with remaining Havarti and almonds.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
