I love these cookies, and am sure that I will make them again and again. However, even though I filled my cups as directed, I ended up with a full cup or more of extra filling. One can eaily make a dozen more crusts by dividing the original ingredients by 4 (1/4 c. butter, 1/2 of a 3 oz. pkg. of cream cheese, and 1/2 c. flour) to use up any leftover filling if you find yourself with the same situation.
