Cranberry-Orange Butter
Cranberry-Orange Butter is so easy to make. Cream butter with a little confectioners' sugar. Then add just a touch of cranberry sauce. For added flavor, stir in a bit of orange peel. It's wonderful on biscuits or toasted baguettes.

Cran-Orange Sherbet
Beat about half a quart of slightly softened orange sherbet until smooth. Then fold in half a can of cranberry sauce. Serve Cran-Orange Sherbet immediately or transfer to the freezer to harden.

Maple Cranberry Sauce
Add a couple of tablespoons of maple syrup to half a can of leftover cranberry sauce for a wonderfully sweet-tart glaze that really jazzes up chicken or pork.
Cranberry-Grapefruit Relish
Ruby Red grapefruit pairs well with half a can of cranberry sauce. Warm the sauce over medium heat until melted. Cool slightly and fold in grapefruit sections. Serve as a side or a topper for pork chops or ham. For tiny palates, add sugar to taste.
