I loved these crisp, garlic chops. The bit of lemon at the end really freshens them up. I also like how easily you can omit the salt. Unfortunately my husband didn't like them, claimed there was nothing special about them. So I won't be making these again.

Amazing flavor and quick to make. I used a spicy pork rub for the garlic seasoning. The rub does not make very much so you may need to make more if you want more flavor.

Flavorful, moist pork chops. And they couldn't be easier!

My picky 10 year old loved this, as well as the rest of my family! I used canned garlic instead. It was easy and did not take a lot of time. I'll make this one again soon!

Very moist inside and savory outside. Simply delicious. Definitely a keeper. Easy to prepare and perfect every time.

This was definitely a family pleaser. I modified slightly, omitted salt and garlic seasoning & used all fresh herbs. The rub browned nicely and smelled amazing. I used boneless pork chops and didn?t find the cooking time long enough, but did not want to over crisp the rub so I placed the chops on a baking dish, drizzled with lemon juice and placed in the oven to cook thoroughly. I was cooking 5x the amount the recipe called for so the oven cooking worked well. They were crispy and tender with amazing flavor.

This recipe was very delicious and we did not add the salt. Thanks again.

I've made this many times and would say it's one of my favorite ways to make pork. I use boneless loin chops and always cover the meat from start to finish to keep it juicy and so it will cook even faster. Sometimes the garlic gets a little over done, so definitely watch the heat. So yummy :)

I made this recipe and cooked the pork chops on the George Foreman grill for 7-8 minutes and they were wonderful!
