Herbed Nut Mix Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup salted cashews
1/2 cup pecan halves
1/2 cup whole almonds
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme

Directions

Spread the cashews, pecans and almonds into an ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until toasted, stirring occasionally.
In a large saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; stir in rosemary and thyme. Add nuts and toss to coat.
Spread on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Yield: 2 cups.

Make Ahead: May be frozen for up to 3 months.
