TIME: Prep: 15 min. + chilling

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • Dash garlic salt
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with vegetables. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
