Shred and Freeze CheeseIt’s usually cheaper to buy cheese in blocks than in shredded form. So I purchase large quantities of cheddar, Monterey Jack and mozzarella, then shred them myself in my food processor. Fast and easy to make. I left out the olives since husband isn't a fan, added a few extra mushrooms. It does need a bit more seasoning added though. Very kid friendly!

Although very quick and easy, this recipe is just like any other beef-a-roni. Will not make again.
