“I always fix this casserole ahead when overnight guests are visiting, so I have more time to spend with them. Then, I simply add some toast or biscuits and fresh fruit for a complete meal that everyone loves. It also reheats well.” Pamela Norris - Fenton, Missouri

I made this one year for a Christmas breakfast and while I thought it was just okay, the friend who ate it with me wanted the recipe. She has made it several times and thinks it is delicious.

Simple and easy, but very good. This is the first time my 15 year old granddaughter has liked my Thanksgiving morning breakfast casserole. Her mom called and got the recipe from me so that she can serve it on Christmas morning. This one is is a keeper. Thanks!

I absolutley LOVE this recipe! I make it every time I have overnight guests! I never have leftovers! I whisk the eggs and milk together first, then whisk in the can of soup to make sure everything is completely mixed. We've also used colby-jack cheese and had great results!

I used bell pepper and onion hash browns and hot sausage. It was a hit!
