This is the perfect ending to a mouthwatering meal. “It's as quick as a boxed cake mix but is a healthier dessert choice. It's ideal in fall when it seems like everyone has a bag of fresh apples to give away!”Terri Wetzel, Roseburg, Oregon

I had this at a friends house and found it great. I got the recipe from her and have sent it to others. I will make it often. It is easy to make. I think that I will add chopped walnuts some of the time. It will be nice to make when the summer temps. get to be above 100 degrees and you can just pop it into the microwave.
