“This salad really says 'summer' because it's so light and colorful. The banana dressing really tops it off. It's really great served with grilled items, too. Use a little extra sour cream for a pretty presentation. Pat Habiger of Spearville, Kansas

we liked this salad alot but we made it in the winter so i used strawberrys,apples,pears,peaches pineapple,and kiwi. i was nervous about the banana sauce but it was really good.

dressing sounds yummy, and I think I would add a little coconut to fruits
