My family and I really enjoyed this dish and my husband even said, "this one is a keeper!".I was a little sceptical about the taste of the tomato sauce as I thought it was a little bland but after it baked into the rest of the noodle, cheese and meat mixture I was very pleased! I will make this again! On a side note~ I added some sliced fresh mushrooms as I didn't have any more green onions left and wanted something more than just the noodles, meat, sauce and cheese. I think you could probably add more veggies to this meal if you wanted like a can of mexicorn or regular corn if you wanted a different twist. ☺
