Hamburger Gravy

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1-1/2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 3 cups hot cooked mashed potatoes
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink;
- drain. Stir in the soup, milk, mushrooms and bouillon. Reduce heat.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until heated through,
- stirring occassionally. Serve over mashed potatoes. Yield: 4
- servings.
