To Joy9585....you use ground mustard, not prepared mustard....there's a difference.

I only made the ham, not the gravy, but the ham was excellent!

I really like this recipe. I was looking for something to go with squash and came upon this. It's actually really simple. I really hate mustard, so I just left it out of the recipe and it still turning out great!
