Ham in Cider Sauce Recipe

Rating 5

If you don't want the hassle of making a whole ham, prepare these tasty ham steaks instead. I like to serve these with scalloped potatoes.—Deborah Maki, Kamloops, British Columbia

This is a very good recipe for the sweet tooth lovers. I love brown sugar ham and mixed with the cider it's awesome. I didn't use cloves or raisins because I don't care for either and I had pan fried it instead of oven, but I'll definitely try it in the oven next time.
