Ham Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Yield: 50 Servings

Ingredients

4 pounds fully cooked ham or ring bologna, coarsely ground
3 cups chopped sweet pickles
2 cups Miracle Whip
1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
100 slices of bread
Lettuce leaves, optional

Directions

In a several large bowls, combine ham, pickles, Miracle Whip and pimientos. Spoon 1/4 cup onto 50 slices of bread; top with lettuce if desired and remaining bread. Yield: 50 servings.
