I decided to try this recipe on my card club, and it was a big success. They loved it. The recipe can be swapped around and changed in so many different ways and always turns out as an awesome appetizer or great-looking centerpiece over a hand of cards.

I have used this receipe and changed it up by not using the ranch dressing mix, but substituting with dried minced garlic, minced onion, and dill weed. I have also used 8 oz. of Cream Cheese and a jar of dill pickles drained, for a larger party. Always very easy to make and even better if made at least a day before.
