Brightly colored and packed with flavor, these no-fuss veggies are perfect for entertaining or even as a light snack. Grilling brings out their natural sweetness while the seasoning kicks them up a notch. Heidi Hall - North St. Paul, MN

Absolutely fantastic. We didn't have a grill grid so we used a disposable grill pan instead. I will double everything next time.

I made these vegetables last night and they were delicious! My husband and I both loved them! I let them marinade a little longer than it said, and didn't put any extra marinade on after they were finished because they tasted so good just the way they were. I will be making this all summer on the grill and during the winter in the oven. What a great way to get kids to eat their vegetables! Can't wait to have company so I can make these for them!

This is exactly how I make summer vegetables. I always make plenty to last for family and guests. I also add mushrooms & green long peppers. I've never added balsamic vinegar. Next time I make this fantastic veggie platter I'll add the balsamic vinegar for a change.

So easy and tasty! Used asparagas, green and red pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and a zuchini (forgot to add the carrots). Will make again and probably change up the veggies.
