This marinade is so simple that I use it on all kinds of meat. For a more robust flavor, let the meat marinate in the refrigerator overnight. —Lori Daniels, Beverly, West Virginia

a nice marinate; for a variation I have added a 6 oz. can of pineapple juice

I was hoping the flavor of the brown sugar would "make" this recipe, but it was overpowered by the soy sauce :(

We enjoyed these chops. I made no changes to the recipe but would caution people to make sure to not overcook them. We grilled for 4 minutes each side and it was just right. Any longer and we would have had dried out chops.

Everyone loved these. Very moist and the soy sauce flavor is definately there so make sure you like soy sauce. But VERY good and will be making them real soon.
