Grilled Pork Chops Recipe
  • Prep: 5 min. + marinating Grill: 10 min.
  • Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)

Directions

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients; add pork chops. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Drain and discard marinade. Grill pork chops, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let meat stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 4 servings.

Just from looking at the ingredients in the recipe, with all of the salt content, it sounds almost like a brine to me. So I am not so concerned about that since it DOES get discarded. Can't wait to try it, will rate after I do.
