Yummy recipe! Quick, easy and Delicious! It was a huge hit served with homemade ice cream! We made both pineapple and bananas. Definately a Keeper!

Delicious and well recieved. The large pineapples I used were a little too much. Would cut a large one into 12 spears next time.

Winter version: crushed pineapple, pan-browned, blended with sauce (Rum optional.) Fantastic ice cream topping!

This is an delicious and easy dessert! I added some rum into the butterscotch sauce to give it a "grown up" flavor. Definitely going to make this one again!
