Greens with Creamy Celery Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon celery seed
6 cups torn salad greens
3 green onions, sliced

Directions

In a bowl, whisk the first six ingredients. In a salad bowl, combine greens and onions. Drizzle with 1/3 cup dressing; toss to coat. Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator. Yield: 6 servings (1 cup dressing).

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 204 calories, 18 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 20 mg cholesterol, 126 mg sodium, 8 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein.
