Green Salad with Oriental Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ounces honey
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups salad greens
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 ounces chow mein noodles, optional

Directions

  • In food processor bowl fitted with steel blade, add honey, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and oil. Pulse until well blended.
  • In salad bowl, toss greens with green onion. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss again.
  • Top with crunchy chow mein noodles. Serve.
