Here’s a traditional sauce worth making from scratch. It makes the meal feel very special, and guests are always impressed. You might never buy the bottled stuff ever again. —Roger Slivon, Genesee Depot, Wisconsin

My husband is very fussy about his tartar sauce and he really liked this sauce. It's definitely not enough for 12 servings, maybe 4 small servings.

Husband like this a lot, and that's a big compliment because he's not really a tartar sauce guy. Definitely like this better than anything in a bottle.

This was outstanding. "12 servings" was actually only about 4 servings in my family--they practically licked the bowl clean! We had this with smoked salmon. I made it the night before so that the flavors could blend. Absolutely YUMMY!

I have attempted many tartar sauces and this was by far the best. We even had an "extra" fish dinner this week, so I could use up the rest of the sauce. I did not have fresh parsley, but used dried instead and it was fine!

We had this tartar sauce w/ halibut. Not only is easy to make, it is really delicious. I will not purchase the "store bought" stuff again! Yum, yum!
