Ingredients

  • 1 cup concord grapes, halved
  • 2 cups shredded carrots
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 5 fresh romaine leaves

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the grapes and carrots.
  • After combining the mayonnaise, poppy seeds, and salt, add it to the carrot mixture and stir well.
