Very tasty, but the mixture did not hold together after baking . . . so crumbly I had to spoon it out of the pan. I made a side mixture of butter, brown sugar, egg, some honey and flour to add to the crumbly mixture and rebaked it. The bars held together better, but tasted dry. I do not recommend this recipe.

Tastes great! Really great recipe, and I will make try it again, however I'll try adding an egg, since it didn't hold together for me, either. I used this batch as a granola topping for yogurt parfaits and it worked really well for that purpose. I think I'd also use it as is for a dry cereal served with milk.

I think I will put this in a bigger pan or just mix and see what size I need. It says it makes 25 bars from a 9 inch pan?
