When I was a kid I used to make this all the time as an after school snack. I used to put the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave to melt, then stir them together and spread the filling over regular bread for a sandwich. Yummy. Great recipe! I had never thought of toasting it.
