I can remember my Grandma Wheeler making these delicious muffins—we'd eat them nice and warm, fresh from the oven! She was a "pinch of this" and "handful of that" kind of cook, so getting the ingredient amounts correct for the recipe was a challenge. Now it's a family treasure! —Darlis A. Big Batch Baked GoodsWe enjoy homemade baked goods for breakfast, but I don’t have time to bake each morning before school. So I devote 1 day a month to making large batches of cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, cream cheese rolls and muffins. I place them in heavy-duty resealable plastic bags labeled with the date. (They freeze for about 2 months.) On busy mornings, it’s a snap to pop a few in the microwave to warm. The kids love the fresh-baked flavor. —Lori T., New London, Texas

I thought this recipe turned out great! I wanted to try some with strawberries so I divided the batter and did half honey and the other half with strawberries. Both turned out really well. I also used the cinnamon/honey butter recipe and served it along side the muffins. Everyone LOVED them...moist, fluffy, and delicious. Thanks!

I will not make these again. I found them very dry.

These were very good. Served them with homemade Cinnamon/Honey Butter. (1 stick softened butter, 3 Tbl. honey, 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon and 1/8 tsp. salt)

So easy to put together with ingredients I already had on hand. Paired well with the Taste of Home sweet and Sour Meatloaf! Loved the flavor!
