The best Peanut Brittle I ever made. Do not add extra butter as I did by mistake the first time I made it. Read the recipe wrong. Candy ended up with a funny texture and didn't really harden. Recipe is great as is.

My first time making any candy. It was a long time to stir, but it turned out looking better than the picture and tasted so good.

This is my first time for making Peanut Brittle and I really must say, this recipe is to DIE for. It did take a while to get to the correct temp. of 300 degrees, but so much worth the wait. I did use Planters cocktail peanuts instead of the Dry Roasted peanuts and left out the salt. This Peanut Brittle is sooooooooooo delicious. You really should try this recipe. Yummy-Yum-Yum

This is the first time I ever made peanut brittle, and it is delicious. I agree that it takes a lot longer to reach the temperatures needed. Worth the time and effort though!

This took us much longer than 15 minutes cooking time. More like 30+ minutes. But results were EXCELLENT!
