Grandma's Apple Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tart apples, diced
  • 1-1/2 cups sliced celery
  • 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Directions

  • In a bowl, stir mayonnaise, milk and sugar until smooth. Add apples, celery and marshmallows. Just before serving, stir in peanuts. Yield: 10-12 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1/2 cup) equals 274 calories, 21 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 8 mg cholesterol, 173 mg sodium, 19 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 4 g protein.
