I came up with this invigorating salad at our weekly pool gatherings with friends. Each of us brings our own meat to grill and a side to share. This dish was definitely a hit. Stacy Kibler, Centerville, Ohio

This is a beautiful presentation for lovely heirloom tomatoes. I found it fresh and just perfect as written.

I like to make this as an alternative to a caprese salad. I add an extra tablespoon of sugar because I like the dressing a little sweeter. Can't get enough of this with summer tomatoes!

We love this recipe and I have used slices of fresh mozzerella cheese instead of feta. Good both ways.

I have this recipe and it doesn't call for cheese or basil leaves but a slight sprinkle ofItalian Seasoning, salt and pepper. Delicious. But tomatoes taste good no matter what you add to them, that's why they are so great!
