A huge hit with my family and my teenage son's friends! Easy, delicious. I used cashews instead of mixed nuts, but that was the only change I made. Love these bars!

These were so good and so easy to make. I used half butterscotch chips and half chocolate chips. Took them to work and about 5 people wanted the recipe!

I made my own sugar cookie dough for this recipe and just added the pudding, etc. These are so yummy! My family had them devoured in a day! Thanks for sharing this!

Our family loves these -- I use roasted peanuts. Sometimes I add some mini marshmellows on top of the cookie layer and then pour the caramel mixture over it to make more of a "salted nut roll" type bar.
