1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon quick-cooking oats,

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup of oats, whole
what flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In
