The nutrition information for many recipes on this site seems to be inaccurate. For example, with 33 grams of saturated fat and 111 grams of total fat, how can this recipe be considered "heart healthy"? I would like to depend on this information when selecting recipes to try, but it oftentimes seems incorrect or inaccurate.
