“My grandchildren all love chicken nuggets," writes Donna Louderback from Arkansas City, Kansas, "and they think this recipe tops those from the fast-food restaurants.” For a fun dipping sauce, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa.

So good! My family LOVES this recipe. I've made it a few times before but am finally getting around to sharing my thoughts. I followed the recipe mostly but used one of my own seasoning blends and didn't have sesame crackers on hand so I used crushed saltines instead. Turns out no matter what crackers/pretzels/bread crumbs I have on hand, it always turns out tasty! :)

Awesome...used Ritz instead of Sesame crackers & everyone loved it. Quick, easy & delicious. Thanks for sharing!

I didn't like these chicken nuggets at all. They turned out soggy and dry. I won't be making these again.

I think this is one of my favorite chicken recipes. We make it on a regular basis. Make sure to use the sesame crackers, I have tried a couple of different kinds of crackers and the flavor is just not as good.

Fantastic Recipe. I used Italian Herb crackers from Hannaford and barely needed any spices. Very versatile idea. Many possible tastes. Turned out very crispy and moist.

This was great! Thought I might have leftovers but not so. We ate every last one.

My son, who doesn't like anything, loved these! I didn't have the sesame crackers so I substituted Ritz whole wheat. I also used chicken tenderloins instead of the breasts. Very tender and tasty!

If I were to make this, I would have to make it with less fat & cholestrol. So, I would at least use reduced-fat mayonnaise. I don't know, if fat-free mayo would work okay. It would be worth a try

I've used Ritz crackers and added some sesame oil to the mayonnaise mix to get the sesame flavor.

Sesame snack crackers were available it seems to me, quite a few years ago..and I haven't been able to find them again, though I continue to look. Any plain dinner crackers would likely do however.

What kind of crackers did you use that you liked? "Sesame snack crackers" is rather vague.

These were really good. The coating makes them really flavorful. We even liked them reheated.

These are awesome!!! My youngest daughter said they reminded her of those from Chick-Fil-A, but liked these even better! It was a bit time consuming with the 1 inch cubes, so I may do larger pieces of chicken next time - but they are definitely worth the effort!!
