This has become a necessary part of our holiday meals. I won't eat sweet potatoes any other way!

My husband said that this tasted like his mom's sweet potatoes. I do not like sweet potatoes, but I was able to eat a few of these. He says that he would like marshmallows on it.

My family thinks these are almost as good as pumpkin pie!I like how easy this is!I double the ingredients for the "syrup." It disappears!
