Glazed Fruit Medley

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups orange juice
- 3 cups cubed honeydew
- 3 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 2 cups green grapes
- 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and orange juice
- until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until
- thickened. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- In a large serving bowl, combine the honeydew, bananas, grapes and
- strawberries. Drizzle with glaze; gently toss to coat. Yield: 10
- servings.
