 Glazed Fruit Medley

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 3 cups cubed honeydew
  • 3 medium firm bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups green grapes
  • 2 cups halved fresh strawberries

Directions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and orange juice
  • until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until
  • thickened. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  • In a large serving bowl, combine the honeydew, bananas, grapes and
  • strawberries. Drizzle with glaze; gently toss to coat. Yield: 10
  • servings.
