Gingerbread Biscotti Recipe

Gingerbread Biscotti Recipe Gingerbread Biscotti Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 5

I serve this biscotti at my tea parlor and explain to guests that "dunking" is quite appropriate. Friends love it when I put the dry ingredients in a jar, attach the biscotti recipe and give it as a gift. — Linda James of Greenfield, Wisconsin

excellent and easy to make. I sliced a very shallow cut on a diagonal through the top prior to the first baking which made slicing before the second baking a snap...no crumbling at all.
