This recipe was amazing!!!!! I was able to get three meals out of it and I'm feeding 6 people in my house. Everyone enjoyed it and wanted more!

Tender meat with an interestingly flavoured gravy. Reminded me of a gravy with red wine in it. Looking forward to making the accompanying recipe for the leftovers "Roast Beef with Chive Roasted Red Potatoes". A keeper.

Quick & easy. The whole family enjoyed it. started late, but cooked on High in 1/2 the time & still came out tender.
