Needs a few more spices, but a good recipe overall. The spinach worked out much better than I was expecting.

This was such an easy dish to whip up for a weeknight meal, and so simple to plan for - most of the ingredients are ones I usually have on hand.

Hubby claimed this a keeper even before I asked! I did the same thing and blended the tomatoes a little bit, but not all the way, added an extra 8 oz. of tomato sauce, garlic & onion, cut down the pasta in half and mixed it in with everything else towards the end. Very yummy! Will definitely make again! Thanks!

Yum! We don't like tomato chunks and always pulse the petite diced tomatoes in the Magic Bullet before adding. I used a can of tomato/onion and a can of tomato, basil, oregano, garlic. I also added a few TBS of tomato paste. My 11 year old twins loved it and will be taking leftovers to school tomorrow!

Even my kids ate this without complaint. The spinach isn't overpowering and the other flavors are nice and mild.
