This is a wonderful dish to make for company, since the aroma of garlic gets everyone anxious to taste itand they're never disappointed! I like all kinds of cooking, but I especially enjoy trying Italian dishes. Living on a beef ranch also gives me plenty of incentive to try roast recipes.

Wow! I just brought these to the lake and made them in a foil pan on a charcoal fire - everyone LOVED them! I used about 2/3 of the cheese, because it seemed like a lot and they were SO delicious! This would be a great make ahead side - I made it in the morning before going to the lake and it sat in the cooler all day until we cooked them on the grill. It took about 45 minutes on the grill. This will be a regular dish in my house. Thanks for a great recipe!

Great flavor! I plan to cut back on the butter next time--was plenty greasy for us.
