Garlic Lemon Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pinch black pepper
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium shallots, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 medium lemon, cut in wedges for garnish

Directions

  • Cut chicken into strips.
  • In large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium high.
  • Add chicken, shallot, garlic, and paprika. Stir-fry until chicken is thoroughly cooked, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges and serve immediately.
