2 cups sugar 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup baking cocoa 1/2 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce 3/4 cup egg substitute 2 teaspoons vanilla extract FILLING: 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup reduced-fat peanut butter 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup egg substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract FROSTING: 1 cup confectioners' sugar 3 tablespoons baking cocoa 2 tablespoons 2% milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon water
